The Unemployment Claims Assistant is responsible for supporting the Unemployment Claims department with administrative functions including filing, scanning, faxing amongst others. This role will conduct data entry and requires detail orientation while working with deadlines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING.
▪ Data Entry
▪ Fax, Scanning, Filing, maintain paper files for claims, determinations and appeals.
▪ Timely open and sort mail
▪ Assist Unemployment Team with data entry into specialized software
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Strong Customer Orientation and approachable demeaner
• Dedicated team player and ability to develop a high performing team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook
• 1-3 Yrs. Work experience in support capacity
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
• Experience with UCA360 & Sides preferred
• Associates degree preferred
